1. Agreement

By using any service provided by Creighton Comp Hosting LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our services.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We maintain a strict NO REFUNDS policy for all products and services, including but not limited to web hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, dedicated services, domains, licenses, design work, setup fees, migrations, support plans, and custom services.

3. Prohibited Sales Practices

Selling or advertising one-time payment hosting, lifetime hosting, forever hosting, or similar misleading offers using our platform, servers, reseller access, or services is strictly forbidden.

Any account found offering such plans may be terminated immediately without warning, without second chances, and without refunds.

4. Acceptable Use

Users may not use our services for spam, phishing, fraud, malware, copyright infringement, illegal activity, harassment, abuse, network attacks, resource abuse, or any activity that harms server stability or reputation.

5. Resource Usage

Unlimited plans are subject to normal fair use. Excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, inode, email, or bandwidth abuse may be limited, suspended, or required to upgrade.

6. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for passwords, account security, backups, software updates, and all activity occurring under their account.

7. Suspensions & Terminations

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, causes operational risk, or threatens other customers. Serious violations may result in immediate closure without notice and without refund.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these policies at any time. Continued use of services after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
